Your workspace is still being prepared
What the preparing workspace message means, how long to wait and how to restart preparation.

Each organization has its own workspace on the platform, where its projects and services run. Creating an organization starts preparing it, your first organization included, and until the workspace exists nothing can be created in that organization. The console says so in one sentence:
Your workspace is still being prepared.
The sentence is about the organization the console is in. Another of your organizations whose workspace is ready works as usual: switch to it at the top of the sidebar.

What to do
Leave Projects or the Dashboard open
Both pages check again every 10 seconds on their own, and New project appears as soon as the workspace is ready. You do not need to reload.
If it has not finished after several minutes, sign in again
When the platform refuses to create the workspace, Cloud tries five times in all, waiting longer between each attempt. After the fifth failure it stops until your next sign-in. Open the account menu at the top right, press Sign out, then sign in again: each sign-in starts the preparation again for every organization of yours whose workspace has not finished.
If it still says so, contact support
Email support from the address you sign in with, and say which organization's workspace is still being prepared: its name, or its Organization ID from Settings, Organization. Only Cahaves can finish it from here. See Support for the address.
A workspace that was ready before
If the organization already had projects and the sentence appears now, its workspace is not reachable on the platform the console is using. Sign in again as in step 2, and if the sentence stays, contact support with the organization's name and the project and service names.
An organization's billing is set up before its workspace, so its Billing already works while you wait.
