The session cookie Cloud sets when a customer signs in to the console with GitHub or Google. It is HttpOnly, so scripts cannot read it, and there are no API keys or tokens yet.

The id of the organization the request works in, one the signed-in customer owns. Left out or empty, the request works in their oldest organization. Any other value answers 404 with `reason: "organization"`. A customer with no organization yet gets 409 "Create an organization first." from every route that works in one.

The month of the organization the request works in. usage_cents is what the month has cost so far. projected_cents is what it comes to if everything running in the organization now keeps running to the month's end, which is the figure its monthly limit, limit_cents, is held against. apps has a row for each of its services that cost something this month, with running true for the ones running now. The free service, which costs nothing, is left out in whichever organization it runs, and a service deleted since it ran has a null project. All amounts are whole US cents.
