A start command for services from an image

NewServices

A service from a Docker image has a Command card on its Overview: a Start command runs in place of the image's own. Volumes can also mount a hidden directory, where many programs keep their state.

More in Deploy a Docker image.

Sign in with GitHub or Google

NewAccount

The sign-in screen offers Continue with GitHub and Continue with Google, and the first press creates your account. A sign-in that fails comes back with one sentence saying why.

More in Sign in and your Cahaves account.

Open Cloud from your Cahaves account screen

NewAccount

Cloud's tile under Your products on your Cahaves account screen opens Cloud signed in as that account.

More in Sign in and your Cahaves account.

SSH access to your services

NewSSH

Add public keys under Settings, SSH keys, and open a shell in any running service from your own terminal. The Terminal page shows the exact command for each service.

More in SSH access.

Metrics for every application and database, with block I/O

ImprovedMetrics

Every application and database has its CPU, memory, network and block I/O collected from the moment it exists, with nothing to switch on.

More in Metrics.

Billing history in pages, and a clear word on a Cahaves suspension

ImprovedBilling

Top-ups and Wallet history show ten rows a page. An account suspended by Cahaves is told to contact support, since adding credit does not lift that suspension.

More in Billing.

Deleting a service asks for its name

ImprovedServices

Deleting a service, from its row or its Settings, asks you to type its name first. A service's section stays in the page's address, so a reload opens the same one, and leaving Environment mid-edit hides the values again and drops what was not saved.

More in Service lifecycle.

Add a service from a chooser, and creating one opens it

NewServices

Add a service opens a page of everything you can create, and each resource has a form of its own. Creating a service opens its page, where you check it before deploying.

More in Service lifecycle.

Databases at the version, name, user and password you choose

NewDatabases

A new database takes its Version, Database name, Username and Password from you, and its Connection card shows how to reach it.

More in Databases.

Build settings read from your repository, and numbered deployments

NewBuilds

Cloud reads a repository to choose how to build it and says why under Build with. Each service numbers its deployments, so Deployment #12 names one release of one service.
