Lower prices

ChangedBilling

Every size costs about 40 percent less from 24 September 2026, 11:00 UTC. Hours already charged keep the rate they were charged at. The Size menu and the Order summary show each rate, and the pricing section of this site lists them all.

More in Sizes and replicas.

A low balance means less than a week left

ChangedBilling

Cloud now calls a balance low when it covers less than seven days of the services running now, whatever its amount. Billing shows how long the balance lasts at what is running, and the low-balance email is sent at most once a day. With nothing running, the balance is not being spent and there is no warning.

A payment page instead of a popup

ImprovedBilling

Adding credit opens a Payment screen: your order and its total on one side, Paddle's form on the other. A payment you leave unfinished can be picked up again from Top-ups with Continue payment.

More in Billing.

Dedicated servers, coming soon

ChangedServices

Each form that creates a service shows Dedicated server as coming soon beside Shared. Every service runs on shared capacity until it opens.

More in Sizes and replicas.

Emails that say who sends them

ImprovedNotifications

Cloud's emails carry the Cahaves Cloud name, the company that runs it, and links to support, the terms and the privacy policy. Billing emails also link to the refund policy.

A faster service page

ImprovedConsole

A service's page loads the section you open rather than every section at once, so moving between Overview, Deployments, Environment and the rest is quicker.

More in Service lifecycle.

The Cahaves Cloud site

NewSite

cloud.cahaves.com now opens Cloud's own site: what Cloud does, an estimate of what a service costs, answers to common questions, and the terms, privacy policy and refund policy. Signing in still starts from the same address.

Repository and branch lists load at once

ImprovedGitHub

Cloud now keeps each GitHub installation's repository and branch lists for up to a day and reads them again behind you once they are five minutes old, so the create form and a service's Source card no longer wait on GitHub. The Source card also loads on its own, after the rest of the service's page. A repository newly given to the Cahaves GitHub App can take up to five minutes to appear.

More in Deploy from GitHub.

Every application from a repository builds on the shared build server

ImprovedBuilds

Applications built from a repository are built on Cloud's shared build server, and a deployment's build log is read from there. Nothing changes in how you deploy.
